They say 13 is an unlucky number but not when it comes to the MFX Podcast! Duckman and Sir Ian Trumps are back for another week bringing you the most entertaining, informative and foul mouthed wrestling podcast in the known universe.
We open the show with a chat about the London Olympics, the opening ceremony and why people who didn’t like it (mainly our American friends) are so, so so wrong. We actually get quite passionate about this whole thing. Weird. We also reply to your emails and discuss such diverse subjects as NXT, underdogs in the Bound for Glory series and friend of the show Alex K gets in touch about an incident in CHIKARA last week and a request for help from the MFX Galaxy!
Then it’s straight into our review of WWE Raw 1001. It was horrible. We barely made it out alive. Where’s our gold medal? Three hours of social network grooming, recap videos and horrible segments. The show wasn’t fun but hopefully our review is! Plus we get into quite an in depth discussion about Randy Orton’s return, the Wellness Policy and whether or not it’s just a giant waste of time. See, we can be serious some times.
TNA Impact is next up. We run down the show, the good, bad and the gut check. We cover all the major angles from Impact last week including the mystery of James Storm and Aces and Eights. Plus we have a great deal of fun with the weird Austin Aries and X-division guys skits. Plus we challenge you, yeah you, to get interactive with MFX and make us laugh. But not in a creepy WWE way…honest!
It’s a cracking show with more laughs, insight and downright entertaining wrestling discussion than is technically legal to consume in one sitting.
So sit back, relax and enjoy the only wrestling podcast you need on your playlist! It’s MFX baby and nobody does it better!
