MFX140 – Brand Splits, Sex Salads and Civil War.

It’s that time once again – MFX is back to bring you the kind of loosely based around pro wrestling podcast that will tickle your funny bone until you squirt.  Join your heroes Duckman and Sir Ian Trumps as they traverse the week in pro wrestling, pop culture and everything in between.  On the show this week…

This show was recorded before RAW this week (so no chat about John Cena’s return and his big angle with AJ Styles).  There’s tons of wrestling chat to kick the show off this week, with loads on the ‘New Era’ in WWE, the Roman Reigns Project, Seth Rollins making his return from injury, Cody Rhodes leaving WWE, the brand split and the weird news that the co-founder of PayPal has been funding Hulk Hogan’s lawsuit against Gawker.  Plenty of insight and laughs here.

The lads answer all your emails, which leads them to tons of Simpsons quotes.  They debate who should be Brock Lesnar’s opponent at WrestleMania 32.  Plus, they mark out like crazy over Captain America 3: Civil War.  There’s so much love for this movie it’s downright sickening.

The show is wrapped up as usual with the Try Hard Ruler of the Week Award.  Four cracking stories this week including a statue destroying selfie addict, a grammatical mistake that ends up with all Texas Republicans being called gay, by the Republican Party, there’s some terrible parenting and a vegan failing to climb a mountain.

As always thanks for listening and be sure to get involved with the show through all the usual channels.

MFX138 – Shut Up Hitler.

It’s been a long month but your worries are about to disappear and the entertainment factor in your life is going to go off the scale – cause MFX is back, baby!  Join your heroes Duckman and Sir Ian Trumps as they traverse the week in pro wrestling, pop culture and everything in between.  On the show this week…

The lads hit the ground running with some chat about whether or not Britain should stay in the EU.  Don’t worry it’s more fun than it sounds!  They cover all the recent celebrity deaths, which is pretty morbid but we can’t not talk about – everyone famous is dying.

They answer all your emails, with tales of school yard pranks, like pooping in school bags and a real kids Fight Club!

Duckman runs down some of his favourite TV show of the year.  Sir Ian reviews Superman vs. Batman.  They talk the Rouge One trailer and Captain America 3: Civil War.  Plus Duckman tries to keep Sir Ian on track when it comes to following all the superhero movies and universes we now have.

There’s plenty of pro wrestling talk with the recent episodes of WWE Raw discussed, the good, bad and ugly since WrestleMania is given the MFX treatment.  They talk WWE’s depth of talent they now have lined up, plus they preview Payback.  There’s even some talk on TNA’s long term future…yep.

MFX Alternative Audio is back with one of the worst matches EVER.  Shelly Martinez vs Rebel from recent TNA all Knockouts PPV.  The amount of botches and side boob on show is truly stunning.  Here’s the match for you to watch as Dirk Boogerpants and Chet Awesome commentate on this abomination of a match:

The show is wrapped up as usual with the Try Hard Ruler of the Week Award.  Four cracking stories this week, with Wayne Rooney flag confusion, a burning shack, a racist bot and a dumb coke head all in the run for the award!

As always thanks for listening and be sure to get involved with the show through all the usual channels.

MFX120 – Lube or No Lube?

Settle down, buckle up and get ready for the ride of your life!  MFX is back for another week and this is one of the most fun shows we’ve ever done.  Seriously.  Join your heroes Duckman and Sir Ian Trumps as they traverse the week in this weird world we live in.  On the show this week…

The lads preview Mayweather vs. Pacquiao, give their predictions for the fight and also talk all things boxing and how fighters cope when their career is over.  They talk the recent controversy with former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones and the slippery slope that sporting celebrities can quickly go down.

There’s UK General Election chat, but don’t worry it’s not boring or preachy.  Sir Ian reviews Ed Milliband’s interview with Russell Brand and Duckman discovers a UKIP candidate with a second career in porn.

The lads talk superhero movies, reboots, marketing in blockbuster films and why neither of them can care about Superman…unless he’s fighting Batman.

There’s wrestling chat, with a quick review of Extreme Rules and the lads discuss the news that Billy Corgan is the new head of TNA creative.

There’s also the single greatest edition of the Try Hard Ruler of the Week in history – with cops, lube, guns, beer, bombs, prom and wanted posters.  Plus some of the dumbest humans on the planet.  This is SO much fun this week.

As always, thanks for listening and be sure to get involved with the show through all the usual channels.

MFX119 – The Attack of The Killer Koalas

MFX is back for another week and we are bringing the funny like never before.  That doesn’t mean we weren’t funny before – because we were.  It just means this show is even funnier than usual!  Join your heroes Duckman and Sir Ian Trumps as they traverse the week in this weird world we live in!  On the show this week…

Sir Ian plays Football Manager during the show, and proves that he’s probably a better podcaster than a football manager!  The lads talk politics and the UK general election and put forward their pitches of how they would run the NHS.  Duckman marks out over Daredevil on Netflix and rallies against people who download Netflix shows for free.

An email from a listener poses the lads tough question, which ends with an elaborate murder scenario involving Koala bears and a hippy.  There’s a good chance Duckman injured a lung laughing so much here!

They also talk all the recent bad ass movie trailers, pro wrestling and the dark web!  It’s a real mixed bag of topics and tangents this week.

Plus there’s a highly competitive and very funny edition of The Try Hard Ruler of the Week!  It’s a hard fought battle of terrible names and stupid people!

As always, thanks for listening and be sure to get involved with the show through all the usual channels.
